The Hill School is seeking enthusiastic daily substitute teachers for 6th grade classrooms for the 2026-2027 school year.

Elementary School Vice Principal
The successful candidate:
1. Has a valid NJ Principal Certificate
2. Has a minimum of 5 years successful classroom experience
3. Demonstrates leadership in curriculum, instruction and technology
4. Excels in organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with ability to engage
in positive relationships with staff, parents, students and community
5. Multitasks and meets challenging deadlines
6. Possesses a strong knowledge of NJ State standards
7. Focuses on academic achievement with ability to drive progress through interpretation of student data
8. Previously demonstrated school leadership/administrative experience
12-month work year, salary range $90,000 - $95,000 per year and benefits in accordance with the current negotiated contract.
