Board Goals and Activities

District Goals 2025-2026

1. Create a balanced budget for the 2025-2026 school year that prioritizes student achievement and growth.

2. Produce a vertically aligned curriculum to ensure continuity and progression in student learning across all grade levels.

3. Educators will provide differentiated programs within the classroom, addressing remedial learning, advanced academics, and behavioral strategies to meet the needs of all students.

Board of Education Goals 2025-2026

1. Support the development of a Board/Superintendent culture grounded in trust, respect, and open communication.

2. Create increased opportunities for family and community engagement to strengthen visibility, shared goals, vision, and mission.

3. Promote Board participation in professional development and training opportunities, including those focused on finance, policy, and governance. - Consideration: Do we want to pursue certified BOE status?

4. Support the academic achievement of all students by staying informed through workshops and presentations. - Evaluate the creation of a stand-alone policy committee. These goals represent our shared commitment to continuous improvement, transparent governance, and student-centered education.
