Swedesboro-Woolwich School District Announces the Spring 2023 NJ Student Learning Assessments
Swedesboro-Woolwich School District has developed a schedule for the assessment that provides our students with as much instructional time as possible. The schedule will be as follows: 3rd Grade ELA and Math Assessment - May 8-12, make up May 15-19 4th Grade ELA and Math Assessment - May 8-12, make up May 15-19 5th Grade ELA and Math Assessment - May 15-19, make up May 22-25 6th Grade ELA and Math Assessment - May 15-19, make up May 22-25 5th Grade Science Assessment - May 22-23, make up May 24-25
Parent Refusals:
Swedesboro-Woolwich encourages all students in grades three through six to participate in the assessment each year. If you are considering refusing the State Assessment, please email your child's building principal. This must be done prior (DATE TBD BY CURRICULUM OFFICE) in order for the district to complete appropriate procedures as it relates to the refusal process. We appreciate your assistance in ensuring our compliance.
