The Office of the Superintendent

Acting Superintendent, Jacquelyn Traini
I began my career in education in 2003 with the Salem City School District, where I proudly served for ten years. In 2009, I earned my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University, and in 2012 I began my administrative career with the Greenwich Township School District. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving in a variety of leadership roles, including ELA Supervisor, Vice Principal, and Principal.
I joined the Swedesboro-Woolwich School District in 2017 and am honored to now serve as Acting Superintendent. This district holds a special place in my heart, and I am deeply proud of our students, staff, families, and community. The commitment to excellence, collaboration, and student-centered learning is evident every day, and it is a privilege to lead such an outstanding district.
Outside of my professional role, I am happily married to my wonderful husband, AJ, and we reside in Middletown, Delaware. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve the Swedesboro-Woolwich School District and look forward to continuing to grow and strengthen this remarkable learning community together.
