Hello February!

Dear Families,

Well, February came quickly.  We are more than halfway through this school year.  I, personally, am looking forward to watching the Philadelphia Eagles in the upcoming Super Bowl.  We are a split household, so believe it or not, two of my family members may be cheering for the other team? Be sure to wear Eagles, green or NFL attire on Friday, February 10th. 

Ground Hog Day activities came and went this week and the students had fun learning about shadows and the special event.  Some asked for "party".  We did not have a party but we did listen to songs and read some stories about Groundhog Day.

Don't forget to send in a shoe box or tissue box so we can make Valentine mailboxes.  Our students will be celebrating the 100th day of school on February 13th, so please wear "senior" attire, if possible.  Our Valentine's Day party will be celebrated on February 14th from 1-2 PM.  There will be a lot of fun crafts/activities for the students to participate in leading up to those two dates.
